Architectural Technologist/Technician
£26,000.00 - £30,000.00
Richard Eves Architects are an enthusiastic and dedicated team based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire with a full workload and are looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join us on a permanent basis.
We work in a wide range of sectors including; Commercial, Health, Education and Residential. We are proud of our excellent reputation in providing individually tailored designs that enhance our clients brief and provide imaginative solutions to any constraints.
The ideal candidate would be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as a knowledge of Revit, with a minimum of 2 years' UK project experience. A working understanding of the RIBA stages, building regulations and site experience are essential.
The ability to produce accurate and precise detailed construction drawing packages and to be open to continued learning and development of technical knowledge and construction techniques are priorities.
The salary offered is between £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience with excellent career progression opportunities.

Part II Architectural Assistant
£22,000.00 - £24,000.00 a year
